Customers must ensure that all items are declared correctly before shifting. Fragile or valuable items should be informed in advance. We are not responsible for undisclosed items.
Payment must be completed as per agreed quotation. Partial or full advance payment may be required before service commencement. All charges are non-refundable once service is initiated.
We take utmost care in handling goods. However, we are not responsible for damages due to natural calamities, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery timelines may vary based on distance, weather conditions, traffic, and other unavoidable factors. We always aim for timely delivery but do not guarantee exact delivery times.
Insurance coverage is optional and recommended for high-value goods. Customers may opt for transit insurance at additional cost.
Cancellations must be informed prior to service dispatch. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service.
